Description As type 4a but heavier built, the spring not boxed in but fitted to plate. Long catchplate aligned with hexagonal profiled and waisted body with pronounced step. Smaller and thick fan tail spring cover with nub. Face and rear decorated with incisions along edges. Spring missing.
